Colour Selections
We provide homeowners assistance with selecting colours for the interior and/or exterior of their homes.
Colour selections for many can be stressful and intimidating. Often the tradespeople you are hiring to paint, pave, tile, carpet, install windows or install fences, they don't have the design eye to offer guidance to create a desirable colour scheme working with existing finishes or features of the home you might like to highlight.
We provide guidance towards colours and materials through a trained eye, placing at the forefront the homeowner's personality or the desire to sell on the market to a targeted demographic.

Interior Design - Renovations and New Builds
Whether a new build, minor or major renovation, whether there is a builder involved or not, our services can save you money, time and provide peace of mind throughout the process.
Our services include:
- Renovation Plan- Do you have a budget or do you know how much is a reasonable spend without over-capitalising? What doesn't need renovating? Don't fall into the trap of thinking there's more to do than there actually is. There are many factors to take into consideration when planning a for a renovation and we'll talk you through them.
- Concept - So what's it going to look like? How's it going to feel? and what's the finished result? A comprehensive concept plan, that covers all this and more.
- Detail- Once you are happy with the concept, detail documentation takes place, technical drawings for tradespeople, schedules for fixtures, fittings, electrical, flooring, paint and joinery etc. Trade Quotations and referrals to reliable and qualified tradespeople.
- Construction- Coordinate and arrange the purchase of items, such as fixtures & fittings, finishes, lighting, flooring, window treatments (including access to my trade discounts). Regular site visits to monitor design intent, renovation progress and address any issues that may arise.

This is sometimes all a space needs... a little more thought into how your furniture is laid out in their space, or what other items are in the space to bring life, colour and personality. How do they talk to each other and do they reflect your personality and lifestyle.

Well, we do!.... we will dive deeper and work out what it is you don't like and what tweaks or changes we can make so that your space no longer is somewhere you don't enjoy hanging out into somewhere you never want to leave.
